01 Overview

Robotic Network ("we", "us") operates this website and the protocol interface. We are designed to be privacy-preserving: we do not use email sign-up, social login, or password accounts. Your identity on the platform is your self-custodied wallet address.

02 Information We Process

2.1 Wallet address

When you connect a wallet, we receive your public wallet address. When you sign in, your wallet produces a Sign-In with Ethereum (SIWE) signature. We never receive, request, or store your private keys or seed phrase, and we will never ask you for them.

2.2 Data stored in your browser

The interface stores your contribution history, validation scores, and veRONET position in your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is cleared when you clear your browser data.

2.3 Information you submit

If you use the enterprise licensing form, you may provide a company name, work email, and a description of your dataset needs. [DESCRIBE WHERE THIS IS SENT AND HOW LONG IT IS RETAINED once a backend is connected.]

2.4 Motion commands

Text commands you submit to the generator are processed to produce kinetic blueprints. Do not include personal, confidential, or sensitive information in a command.

03 Third-Party Services

This site loads web fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those fonts, Google may receive your IP address and user-agent, subject to Google's own privacy policy. If you interact with a blockchain network, transaction data is public and permanent by design and is outside our control.

[LIST ANY ANALYTICS, RPC PROVIDERS, WALLET PROVIDERS, OR HOSTING PROVIDERS ONCE ADDED.]

04 Cookies

We do not currently set advertising or tracking cookies. We use browser local storage strictly for the functional purposes described in section 2.2. [UPDATE THIS SECTION IF ANALYTICS OR COOKIES ARE INTRODUCED.]

05 Public Blockchain Data

Information committed on-chain, such as motion hashes, quality scores, and validation tiers, is recorded on a public blockchain. Such records are permanent, publicly readable, and cannot be edited or deleted by us. Consider this carefully before committing a proof.

06 Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port personal data we hold, and to object to certain processing. Because most data stays on your device and on-chain records are immutable, our ability to act on some requests is limited. To make a request, contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL].

07 Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and recovery phrase.

08 Children

This service is not directed to children under [AGE] and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact [CONTACT EMAIL] and we will take appropriate steps.

09 Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
